About This Service
ICY Solutions provides landlord gas safety inspections (CP12 certificates) across Scunthorpe and North Lincolnshire. As a landlord, you are legally required to have all gas appliances in your rental properties inspected annually by a Gas Safe registered engineer. Our engineers carry out thorough gas safety checks on all appliances including boilers, gas fires, cookers, and any other gas-burning equipment. We test for gas leaks, check ventilation, inspect flues and chimneys, and verify that all appliances are operating safely and efficiently. On completion, we issue a Landlord Gas Safety Record (CP12) which must be provided to your tenants within 28 days. We can also arrange annual reminders so you never miss a renewal date. For landlords with multiple properties, we offer competitive rates and flexible scheduling to minimise disruption to your tenants. We can also combine gas safety inspections with boiler servicing and electrical checks to keep your properties fully compliant in a single visit.
