This is the second time we have used Iwan. First to mend our own boiler and second time to install a brand new boiler in our rental property. His work is absolutely outstanding. The service & workmanship is second to none. Very polite & professional. Nothing is too much trouble. One very very happy customer. Thanks Iwan. 😊

Someone you can go to for multiple jobs - Iwan not only fitted new pipes & radiators but also the tiles in our hallway. We couldn’t be happier with the service. The work was carried out professionally, completed quickly, and the attention to detail was excellent throughout. Everything was left neat and tidy, and you can tell real care was taken with the work. Highly recommend!

Having been let down last minute by a previous plumber, i was recommended Iwan at ICY Solutions by a friend who had previously used his services. Iwan arranged a survey to discuss the works we required, turned up on time and issued a quote within a couple of days. Once the quote was agreed he booked us in for his next available time, and again turned up on time and completed the works to a very high standard. Since then we have used ICY Solutions on various projects, and recommended them to many other people. We now also work alongside ICY Solutions on a commercial level with our business Enerco Ltd-we wouldn't go anywhere else and we cant recommend them enough!

Fantastic attention to detail. Great communications. Arrives on time and always cheerful. Very tidy worker Very knowledgeable about all aspects of his trade. All paperwork/ invoices supplied promptly. Highly recommended.

The icy service was very good, the young man kept me informed as he worked, it being a new system to me. He spent quite a while reprogramming the timing to suit us and explained how to alter it in warm weather. He also said he would ask Rayburn specialists to call. I was impressed and will book Icy again.
